Payment Options: At Blissbox we accept the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta & Visa Electron. Your credit card details will read Blissbox or Blissboxtoys. If you are shopping on the UK site you will be charged in Pounds Sterling and if you are shopping on the German, Dutch or Belgium Site you will be charged in Euros. Place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Your Blissbox transaction will appear on you credit card statement as Blissbox or Blissboxtoys
We also accept cheques and bank drafts in £ sterling (these should be made payable to Blackdog), or cash in sterling. Please note that we cannot dispatch orders until cheques have cleared which is normally 3 working days. Cash must be sent by registered post as we cannot be held responsible for non-receipt. If you wish to send us a cheque, bank draft or cash for your order, please select the items you wish to order and follow instructions on the payment screen to print off an order form and send it with your payment via the post to:

Delivery:
Expect delivery of all goods within 7 working days *
Our system monitors stock availability so that you know whether the item(s) you are ordering are in stock or not.
Your order is sent in strong, padded packaging and does not give our name anywhere on the outside of the package. Our parcels are sent via Royal Mail within the UK.
*If we cannot deliver the goods within 7 working days you will be notified immediately by email and we will let you know what we are doing with your order. You will have the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
