Is your
service totally discreet and confidential?
Yes – we will treat your order and enquiry with total discretion. Your order is sent in discreet and secure,
strong, padded packaging and does not give our name anywhere on the outside of
the package.
Do you
sell names and addresses?
No – we respect our customers’ privacy. We do not pass on any information to
third parties
What
browser do you recommend?
For optimal performance and fast download times Blissbox recommends that you
use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or above.
I want to cancel my order
Once you have transmitted an order with your credit
card details, you cannot cancel it as we will have started processing it ready
for delivering to you. Please make sure you are happy with the products you are
ordering before you transmit your credit card details.
Why do I
need to register?
Once you have registered we are able to offer a more personalised service to
help you find the product you need faster, you only need to register once.
Registration to the site will also reduce the amount of information you need to
fill in the second time you place an order.
Do you accept international orders?
It is only possible to order online from Blissbox to the following countries: UK, Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands,if you would like to order from another country please email enquiries@blissbox.com
How
do I find what I’m looking for?
To search
for an item, you have a number of options:
- type a keyword into the search
box which appears at the top of every page (DVDs, Sex Toys, Videos, Lingerie, Gadgets, All
Sections).
- take a look at each product
homepage (on the Welcome page you will see a directory of tabs such as
DVDs, Sex Toys, Videos, Lingerie, Gadgets. Click on one of these and you will be taken to
that particular product's homepage) where you'll find our recommendations
for great products, reviews, and top ten bestsellers.
- use our ‘Toy Finder’ features
at the foot of the sex toys homepage on the right hand side. Tell us which
part of the body you would like to stimulate along with other options, and
we’ll find you the toys that best suit your needs.
- use our ‘Film Finder’ features
at the foot of the dvd and video homepages on the right hand side. Tell us
what type of film you’re looking for, and we’ll recommend the best films
for you.
- use our ‘Star Finder’ features
on the porn stars homepage. You can
search stars by name, hair colour, eye colour or bust size.
- you can also browse by star, studio
or alphabetically by film title, you will find these browsers on the dvd
and video homepages on the top left hand side of the page.
- check out the bestseller lists
on the right of each homepage.

do I order?
Ordering
items from Blissbox is secure and easy

product you want (see section ‘How do I find what I’m looking for?)

- click Add to Basket button
next to the item to store it

- when you’re ready select Go To

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Blissbox transfers all your data using Secure Socket Layers, SSL is an advanced internet security system, to protect the data you provide. It uses the same encryption method used to protect Nuclear Missile Codes. Blissbox will hold all your data on our protected server, which is not accessible by the outside world.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your goods have been dispatched.
In addition to these security methods we for your security we use passwords, IP restrictions and information is stored behind a firewall.
What
about postage and packing?
Which
countries are included in the UK?
The following countries are included in our definition of the UK for delivery purposes: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.
How will
my order be delivered?
All items delivered to a UK address will be dispatched using Royal Mail.
For some items, we may decide to send your order to you using a courier service
where a signature may be required. Your order is sent in discreet and secure,
strong, padded packaging and does not give our name anywhere on the outside of
the package.
How long
will it take to arrive?
To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the
availability of the item you ordered at the time of ordering. Availability
information is shown against every product on Blissbox.com and is the maximum
delivery time you can expect before your item arrives on your doorstep.
How much
will it cost?
The cost of postage is included in the price when ordering online from blissbox to the following countries: UK, Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands.

Please note
our website and catalogue contain products of an adult nature. All customers
must be 18 years or over. Purchasing from us is acceptance of these terms and
confirmation that you are over 18 years old. The customer is responsible for
the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations
concerning the customer requirements. This does not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer.
How
do I return an item?
Blissbox
wants you to be happy with your product, that's why we’ve made it very easy for
you to return any item which complies with the conditions below. Goods returned
for exchange or refund must in all respects be in the condition you received
them and must be unopened. This offer applies for 14 days from the date of
purchase and is in addition to your statutory rights. Please remember to always
obtain proof of return and keep this in a safe place – we recommend a
“Certificate of Posting” which is available free of charge at the Post Office.

returned items must be sent back in their original
packaging

To return
an item please send unused products in original packaging to Black Dog Ltd, PO Box 15513,
1001 NA Amsterdam, The Netherlands with the
returns form printed on the reverse of the delivery note which accompanied your
order.

For
reasons of hygiene, we regret that we cannon exchange fault-free toys (e.g.
vibrators), creams or accessories once the packaging has been opened under any
circumstances. When an item is operated
by batteries we recommend that you use new batteries and check that they are
fitted correctly and positioned to connect with the electrical points before
returning such items. Videos and DVDs cannot
be returned, so please be sure of your selection before ordering.

If we
cannot exchange an item (e.g. it is no longer available) we will offer you
alternative goods or a refund.
