Blissbox wants you to be happy with your product, that's why we’ve made it very easy for you to return any item which complies with the conditions below. Goods returned for exchange or refund must in all respects be in the condition you received them. This offer applies for 14 days from the date of purchase and is in addition to your statutory rights. Please remember to always obtain proof of return and keep this in a safe place.
In order to adapt to customer feedback, we reserve the right to amend and improve product specifications.
For reasons of hygiene, we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free toys (eg. vibrators), creams or accessories once the packaging has been opened under any circumstances. When an item is operated by batteries we recommend that you use new batteries and check that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with electrical points before returning such items.
Videos and DVDs cannot be returned, so please be sure of your selection before ordering.
If we cannot exchange an item (eg. it is no longer available), we will offer you alternative goods or a refund.
Postage is non refundable unless a refund is due.
For non faulty returns an
admin charge of at least £5 (7 Euros for mainland europe orders) will be made. This charge is to cover our handling
and postage costs, in the event a product has incurred us a higher postage
charge we reserve the right to charge more.
To return an item, follow the instructions on the reverse of the delivery note which accompanied your order.
